For anyone who's not absorbed into the KH fandom, I guess an explanation is due. xD At one point in KHII, Xigbar says, "You've really put Organization XIII in a pickle." And so...the crazy fandom twisted that around to the point of dressing Xigbar in a pickle costume. Because, c'mon, think of all the hilarious innuendos that can ensue from that.
As a not-completely-unrelated sidenote, there's just something special about pickles in the world of KH, I swear. Not only is there the joke with Xigbar, but also, in the manga, Zexion offers homemade pickles to Vexen, who declines (LOL).
